APCA Meeting Minutes
November 15, 2011 – 7:00 PM
Steve and Lisa Haddad Residence, Green Lane, Springfield, MA

B) events to post

1) spring cleanup

2) eos party

3)fall food drive

4) tree lighting

5) holiday party

6) monthly meetings

C) holiday party update

1) party to be held December 17

2) party to be held at Greg Devillier parents' house

3) time-   6-8 pm

4) food planning to take place this week

5) after careful consideration the following was decided on:

a)  donations for the party as follows- paid members $5/ per person, non paid neighbors $10/ per person

b) if you pay your dues  at the door you pay $5/ per person

c) dues to be $ 50.00 per family, $25.00 for seniors, $ 25.00 for single members. All dues pd at the door will be applied to 2012

Next planning committee meeting to be 11/22 700 pm at Kelli and Dave's house

New ideas:

1) double decker bus through bright nights this winter- byob

2) volunteer committee to help out in the neighborhood for cleanup for those that may need assistance and common areas overlooked by the city

Other notes:

A) Dave to update the website

B) this years donations to go to the Ronald McDonald house

C) the idea of an Atwater phone book complete with names, phone numbers and email address to be published. A little history of the neighborhood included.
